Team New Zealand robbed
Created on September 21, 2013
Team New Zealand have been robbed victory in the the 34th edition of the America’s Cup.
They were leading the 12th race of the series by over 1km when the race as abandoned due to the race not been finished with 40minutes. The Kiwi boat was just meters from the finish line.
The wind today was the lightest we have seen in the competition and the Kiwi boat was much better than the American boat in the lighter conditions.
To make matters worse Oracle then went on to win the final race of the day.
That makes the current score 8-3 to Team New Zealand.
The America’s Cup is the oldest active trophy in international sport and Team New Zealand is attempting to become the first team outside of America to win it twice.

Stands for manners
Each totem pole had a different theme.
C was based around Music and the love of singing in our school.
H was based around the 50's with bright and bold colours against a dark
background. Which of course would make sense as the school was built in
1954.
A was based around the Maori culture in the school.
R was based around sweets and lollies
M was based around the children at Te Wharau school with a child hand and a childs foot
